1. Nationwide Delivery (Pakistan)
We provide complimentary nationwide delivery across all major cities and towns in Pakistan through partner couriers: TCS, Leopard Courier, and Trax.
- In-Stock Ready Rugs: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery takes 2–4 business days.
- Custom Handcrafted Commissions: Takes 5–7 business days to hand-tuft, latex bond, carve, and cure before dispatch.
- Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer are accepted.
2. International Worldwide Shipping
We ship custom tufted rugs worldwide to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East via DHL Express and FedEx Priority.
- International transit time is approximately 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- Customers receive live tracking numbers via email and WhatsApp upon dispatch.
3. Parcel Tracking
Once your package is handed over to the courier, an SMS and WhatsApp alert will be sent with your AWB tracking number. You can also track your status directly at pileandloop.com/track-order.
