Tufting Gun Operator & Fiber Artisan
Operate electric pneumatic tufting guns on wooden timber frames to bring custom digital stencils to life using high-density cut and loop pile yarn.
What You’ll Do:
- Mount and stretch primary monk’s cloth drum-tight onto studio frames
- Tuft custom client orders and keyboard rugs following vector line guides
- Thread and manage multi-ply yarn spools across 60+ palette colors
- Apply secondary backing adhesives and vulcanized non-slip rubber
What We Look For:
- Steady hand and keen attention to detail
- Passion for hands-on tactile craft, textiles, or visual arts
- Previous tufting or sewing experience is a plus, but complete training will be provided
Rug Sculpting, Finishing & Carving Specialist
Master the electric shearing sculptors to bevel and hand-carve boundaries between yarn colors, creating authentic 3D tactile elevation and crisp logo lines.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform micro-shear contouring on mechanical keyboard rugs and floor pieces
- Level cut pile surface to ensure uniform plush thickness
- Trim edges and attach twill binding ribbons and signature woven labels
- Inspect each finished piece against client blueprint specifications
What We Look For:
- High visual sensitivity to clean lines, depth, and symmetry
- Experience with scissors, shear tools, woodwork carving, or fine craft
- Patience and pride in delivering flawless artisanal finishes
Graphic & Vector Stencil Designer
Translate client artwork, AutoCAD blueprints, anime illustrations, and corporate logos into millimeter-accurate vector stencils optimized for tufting guns.
What You’ll Do:
- Vectorize customer reference images and calibrate yarn color separation
- Create 2D/3D client strike-off mockups within 24 hours of inquiry
- Prepare projector stencils for studio canvas mounting
- Collaborate with the Senior Concierge on custom corporate merchandise
What We Look For:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Procreate
- Understanding of line weight and color boundaries in physical mediums
- Familiarity with gaming aesthetics, mechanical keyboards, and pop culture is a strong plus
Studio Operations & Order Fulfillment Concierge
Manage custom order timelines, oversee white-glove packaging, coordinate local and DHL express air shipments, and assist with workshop guest bookings.
What You’ll Do:
- Package completed rugs in rigid gold-foil boxes with care parchment and wax seals
- Generate domestic and international DHL shipping labels and track deliveries
- Assist with weekend tufting workshop guest check-in and studio prep
- Communicate production updates to clients via WhatsApp and email
What We Look For:
- Organized, friendly, and detail-oriented communication skills
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Web, Shopify/dashboard order management
- Strong written English and professional Urdu communication
Social Media & Video Creator (Fellowship)
Capture satisfying behind-the-scenes tufting ASMR, rug shaving reels, and unboxing clips for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
What You’ll Do:
- Film daily studio carving, yarn threading, and customer unboxings
- Edit short-form vertical videos (Reels/TikTok) with engaging trending audio
- Collaborate with visiting workshop attendees on creative session highlights
What We Look For:
- Eye for aesthetic lighting, macro focus, and clean aesthetic framing
- Proficient with CapCut, Premiere, or mobile video editing tools
- Deep appreciation for mechanical keyboards and maker culture
