Return and Refund Policy


Because keyboard rugs are handmade and made-to-order, returns are generally not accepted after
Production begins.


Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect
    Wrong item received
    Shipping damage
    Lost shipment confirmed by the courier

Claim Time


Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.


Required proof:

  • Clear photos of the product
    Clear photos of the packaging
    Order number
    Description of the issue

Non-Refundable Cases


Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
    Wrong size selected by customer
    Color difference due to screen settings
    Minor handmade variations
    Delay caused by customsIncorrect address provided by customer
    Damage caused by water
    Damage caused by pets
    Burns
    Improper cleaning
    Accidental damage
    Excessive wear and tear
